Deleting your data
Last updated: July 2026
You can ask Drainiacs to delete any personal information we hold about you at any time. This page explains what we might hold and how to make the request.
What we might hold
We only hold personal data if you have contacted us. That means: the phone number and call details from a call you made to our line, or the name, phone number, postcode and message you submitted through our enquiry form. If you have only viewed our website or seen our social posts, we hold no information that identifies you.
How to request deletion
Email hello@drainiacs.co.ukwith the subject line "Data deletion request", or call us on 07700 137648. So we can find your records, please include the phone number you called or enquired from.
We will confirm your request and delete the information we hold about you within 30 days, except anything we are legally required to keep (for example, records needed for tax or accounting). We will tell you if that applies.
Social media (Facebook & Instagram)
Our Facebook and Instagram activity uses only our own posts and the aggregate, non-identifying performance figures the platforms give us (such as total reach and interactions). We do not store the personal profiles or identities of people who engage with our posts, so there is nothing personal to delete on that side. To remove your own interaction (a like or comment) you can do so directly within Facebook or Instagram.
